Gala Coral Group Case Study

The Gala Coral Group (GCG) formed after the merger in 2005 of Gala and Coral Eurobet forming a company with established brands and gaming businesses both online and on the high street. GCG provide gambling through a number of channels including bookmaking, Bingo, Casino’s and online. Engaged by and working with the Programme Director and Head of Business Change Dragonhead provided guidance and best practice in the implementation of a self-supporting Business Analysis, Project and Programme management team. In addition to the team delivery and infrastructure to support the new team, Dragonhead ensured the Gala Coral Company ethos was adopted, supported and enhanced with creative and forward thinking.
